Datta Kriya Yoga is an art and science of breath and meditation that improves both mental and physical well-being through the practice of conscious breathing. This particular style of Datta Kriya Yoga was developed by the renowned yogic master, Parama Poojya Dr. Sri Sri Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji, of Mysore, India, who is also an esteemed international propagator of Yoga.
